Where all the ancillary matters and the grounds for divorce are resolved at the first stage of the divorce proceedings, i.e. before Interim Judgment is obtained, our fixed fees are $1,500.
Where there is a need to proceed for the Ancillary Matters Hearing at the second stage and the need for filing of affidavits, our fixed fees are $5,000.
We also act for Personal Representatives in applying for the Grant of Probate (where there is a Will) and Letters of Administration (where there is no Will).
Our fixed fees for applying for the Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration are $1,300.

We also prepare Wills, Deed Polls and Lasting Power of Attorney for clients. Our fixed fee for the preparation of a Will is $500, while our fee for the preparation of a Deed Poll is $100, and our fee for preparation of the Lasting Power of Attorney (Form 1) is $150.

It is always good to get a lawyer to draft such documents, in order for your Estate and other personal matters to be taken care of. You may be contemplating an intermediate arrangement to a divorce. In the circumstances, you may with your spouse's agreement, enter into a Deed of Separation regulating the terms of your separation whilst you decide whether or not you wish to proceed with your divorce.
Deeds of Separation are given due weight and consideration in divorce proceedings, and we are skilled in preparing such Deeds of Separation to incorporate the terms which you and your spouse are able to agree upon.

Dissatisfied with the results that you had obtained in your divorce proceedings? We act for clients in appeals to the Family Division of the High Court.
Our fixed fees start from $5,000 and include the preparation of Court documents and legal representation in Court.
